Kevin Spinoza is a U.S. Naval Academy graduate, seasoned medical sales leader, and Co-Founder of WoundCare360. With over a decade of experience spanning military service, medical device sales, and advanced wound care consulting, Kevin brings operational discipline, strategic sales expertise, and deep industry knowledge to WoundCare360's mission of delivering hospital-grade wound care directly to patients.
Kevin served six years as a U.S. Naval Officer, managing a $16M budget supporting 74 ships and commanding a deck division of 35 sailors deployed to the Persian Gulf. After transitioning to the private sector, he built a distinguished medical sales career with organizations including Globus Medical and Performance Medical Solutions, where he served as a technical expert in over 80 spine surgeries and increased annual regional sales by $1M during COVID-19.
Kevin's passion for wound care led him to launch an independent consulting practice spanning multiple states, where he grew monthly sales from to $300K within eight months and generated over $3 million in revenue. He also developed high-profile DOD and VA accounts, including clinical trial initiatives at the Boise and Seattle VA and Madigan Army Medical Center.
Kevin holds a B.S. in Oceanography from the United States Naval Academy and certificates in Negotiation Mastery and Power and Influence for Positive Impact from Harvard Business School.
