Mara Harford serves as the Clinical Operations Manager at WoundCare360, bringing over 20 years of clinical and managerial experience in healthcare. A board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Wound Care Certified specialist, she is responsible for upholding the highest standards of patient care, clinical quality, and team performance across the organization.

Mara earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a Family Nurse Practitioner specialty track from Chamberlain University and her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Nevada State University. She holds active APRN and RN licensure in Nevada, along with Wound Care Certification from the National Alliance of Wound Care and Ostomy.

Her career in wound care includes roles as an Advanced Wound Care Specialist and Clinical Lead, where she provided comprehensive, evidence-based treatment for complex and non-healing wounds in home-based settings. She has mentored providers, maintained rigorous documentation standards, and most recently served as a Wound Care Clinical Resource Manager, ensuring adherence to government guidelines and bridging the gap between clinical and administrative teams.

Before specializing in wound care, Mara spent over 14 years as an Emergency Department Registered Nurse and Charge Nurse at Dignity Health – St. Rose de Lima Hospital. She is also a proud United States Air Force veteran who served as an Emergency Medical Technician. Her dedication to patient care has earned her the DAISY Award, the Humankindness Award, and a March of Dimes Nurse of the Year nomination.
